Our online orders state 30 day returns. From now on - I am not going to order anything from Insta360 store. I am so angry with this store and order. I wish - I would have ordered from Amazon for hassle free retunrs.
Update: Insta360 returns are worst. They are making every effort to stop you from returning items. Never purchase again from insta360 store

I was hoping it would arrive before christmas so that I can use it on upcoming NYC trip. Not sure if its just an generic date and might arrive early? anyone has any similar experience with them?

Just woke up and saw another email from early this morning saying "Your order is on the way and is estimated to arrive by December 31, 2025."
Logged to my online account. The status changed to "shipped" with an estimated delivery day of Dec. 5th
It is moving toward the good side.
