Even if it were $28 (showing $84 for me), don't get it. 120mm radiators do not have enough capacity to cool modern CPU's unless they are very low wattage models. You will get much much better results from the Montech NX600 - $30 at the moment, or the Thermalright Peerless Assassin - $35 currently.

There are also any number of 360mm AIO's you can get in the $65-80 range.

Generally speaking - An AIO will handle heat spikes better, and keep cooler longer. Air Coolers are offering the same performance, but they take less time to get "heat soaked".

FWIW, I took a risk, ordered it, and received the ML240L. For $28, this seems like a steal. It looks like it is back to $84, now.
