If you have any issues, you can just submit receipts and see if they will honor it. I've had to do that a couple of times.
It usually takes 24-48 hours for the rewards to hit. On the offers, it's kind of random but just check every few hours, they usually change things up frequently.

It may change throughout the day. I am seeing 20% Cash Back (max of $1,000) now. 20% on $139 is still $28 off. Not as slick, but not terrible either.

Maybe black friday/cyber monday we'll see something better but I grabbed 4 of these as an easy return to walmart if warranted. Some of these deals seem very YMMV as they seem to be using your local store stock and delivering from the store with an employee. Mine still shows 6 available for shipping.
