I doubt a 2-way would hit $250 anytime soon, so I ended up getting this. It was usual to get a 1-way for $200 and a 2-way for $250.

I would always recommend spending the extra on a 2-way. They have double the range, and most of the time you start your car you can't see if it started (besides at your house). The 2-way you can start from in a store/restaurant/etc and know that it started.

Man, I wish they'd expand the compatibility of this product.
An independent shop quoted me ~$600 to install this, so I know it's technically possible. I assume Best Buy won't install it because the wiring harness isn't readily available for my make/model. Frown

I got my 2 way last year for $300 installed but you might have to drive to their "certified" installer. It only comes with ONE 2 way the other remote is one way
