I have this exact system from last year's slickdeal for 2k. There's some coilwine and some buzzing noises from the casefans, my guess some people return it for that or a bad aio cooler.

I've bought a refurb Legion with i9/4700ti super from this ebay account back in January. Computer seemed brand new even with the film on the clear side panel still, no issues so far.
