I have purchased this same model 2 times and both units had different issues, and the return process was nightmare.

I'm not sure, but Dell has an extended holiday price guarantee, so if the price drops from now until January 15th, you can talk to customer support for the difference refunded.

Thanks! I was debating getting this last time it was this price a month ago, but then it went back up to $600. The 2.5k screen is nice for this price point.

Ps I did notice that this deal only comes with a French English keyboard. ChatGPT says probably not a big deal and easy to get used to plus I usually use an external keyboard anyway.
