I have purchased this same model 2 times and both units had different issues, and the return process was nightmare.

I'm not sure, but Dell has an extended holiday price guarantee, so if the price drops from now until January 15th, you can talk to customer support for the difference refunded.

Yes it voids it now. In the past, it used to just do the cashback on the total after the coupon was applied, but in the last few months, all of my orders with the 10% coupon applied automatically processed at $0.00 while the one order that didn't use the coupon did process correctly.

Just got mine today and I'm impressed for the price. They didn't include this in the specs, but it does come with an IR camera, so it is Windows Hello face unlock compatible and the screen is 120Hz refresh rate.

The linked laptop is a different size class (16" vs 14") as well as an older generation processor. Typically it's not worth comparing different size classes as pricing on larger laptops is usually less.

Huh? I'm not sure what you're asking. I meant that they didn't list the refresh rate anywhere on the spec sheet, but when I received my laptop and checked the display settings, the refresh rate is 120 Hz. I was expecting 90 Hz when I read reviews online.
