This s a pretty solid deal, probably 1st time seeing RTX 5070 build below 1K. Not sure why this has been downvoted.

This is okay, just few things to keep in mind:
1. It's not liquid-cooled.
2. 16GB of RAM is pretty low nowadays, and upgrading to 32GB would be expensive with current RAM prices.
3. You're better off getting the $1,299 Walmart PC build because you'll end up spending more to upgrade those mentioned parts.

If you're gonna reference another product for comparison at least share the link, there are hundreds of desktop available for that price at Walmart.

It's also only one stick of ram so you're not going to get your dual channel memory speeds.
