Tried this out via the $10/month plan and got the bonus codes right away. The membership includes either $10 for a movie ticket or for FaH (I opted for the FaH credit). At this point I'm $10 in and have $20 to spend at FaH and a $10 movie ticket voucher. Nice deal

"Either"? It says you get both, so I would check again. You should get two codes for $10 each. One is for movie tickets and one is for Fandango at home purchase or rental.

The FanClub program you sign up for gives you a monthly FaH or Fandango $10 credit. That's what I was referring to. You are correct that the bonus is for $10 at FaH and $10 at Fandango.

It should be, considering the membership gives you $10 as a monthly perk, while the $20(2x $10) is like a signup bonus. Sign up for 1 month, pay $10, and get $30 in promo codes + waived ticket fees.

Yes I would also like to know if they have a minimum commitment, or can I just get in spend the money and get out in 1 month?

After signing up... It appears to be $9.99 for 3 months. $10 code per month + $10 at home voucher + $10 ticket voucher. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
