Yes, it has a MUX Swicth but no Advanced Optimus. So, you need to reboot the laptop after switching between iGPU and dedicated GPU.
Regarding battery life, it has one of the best battery life out of all 2025 laptops. Jarrod's tech has done thereview with Ryzen AI 7 350, RTX 5060 and 1200p Display and it was nearly 12 hours in YouTube Video Playback test. This one has a higher CPU and GPU but their power limits are same . Only thing which will reduce the battery life on this is that it has a higher resolution and brighter IPS Panel.

Yes it is. But not sure why refresh rate change will affect the quality. That happens if you run the display at a lower resolution than the default, say at 1920x1200 for a panel with 2560x1600 resolution

I read somewhere that the 240 hertz OLED display on another model would not be allowed to change, and were there for drain the battery unnecessarily fast. Maybe that was incorrect idk
