If anyone got the order through the other day for the $750 from Samsung as a military person you can just chat with an agent or call. The $750 deal never actually applied the standard EPP/EDU discount of 10% and you can also get them to apply the additional 10% still. So you can get a 20% back as a partial refund. I did.
Also, these stack with MILNOV25 or the workplace coupon 25SOPNOV10. (workplace coupon provides 10% + free Buds 3)
SDECHAN25KARI ($120 off)
ESO7009W36UL ($40 off)
If you sign in with a EPP/EDU account the base price is for me $866.99 for a S25 Ultra 512GB of any color. Normally you get only $300 off for no trade in discount, but EPP/EDU is providing another $100 for $400 off for no trade in. That is for EPP/EDU accounts going through a website. If you are military and stack the 3 coupons I posted above then it drops to $657 before tax.
Video on it I made.

As for those with workplace accounts I do not know if speaking with a CS rep can get those free Bud 3 earbuds still.
Lastly, PayPal 20% cashback offer.

The S25 Ultra 512GB bundle is landing around the mid 600s to low 700s before tax when the Samsung Shop app, EPP or EDU pricing, and promo stacking line up. The strongest results come from adding Buds 3 Pro or a case in cart, then applying codes like 25SOPNOV10, SDECHAN25KARI, and ESO7009W36UL, with some orders also getting free or heavily reduced Buds and occasional partial refunds after shipping. The main catch is that pricing is highly account dependent, many codes now fail or show zero discount, and the app or a work email account is often required. A workable deal if the discounts appear on your account.
Common Questions (5)
The lowest prices generally depend on EPP/workplace or EDU eligibility, and the 25SOPNOV10 code is tied to certain employee/work-email accounts. Some shoppers also got similar pricing through AAA or Perkspot, but the best bundle totals usually came from EPP/work-email setups in the Samsung Shop app.
Yes, the bundle can make the Buds3 Pro effectively free or very cheap, and in some cases adding the buds lowered the total versus buying the phone alone. Several orders also triggered a separate refund or partial refund when the buds could not ship or when Samsung adjusted the bundle after delivery.
The deal is often app-dependent: use the Samsung Shop app, add the phone first, then add Buds3 Pro separately, and reapply the promo codes in cart. Some shoppers also had to open Samsung from a mobile browser banner, use a work-email account, or retry the cart because the web checkout showed a higher price or reverted the discount.
It works for some eligible accounts, but many shoppers saw it apply with no discount, an invalid-code error, or no effect at checkout. It appears to be limited to certain EPP/workplace accounts and may be one-time per account, so the same code can work for one shopper and fail for another.
Yes, when the offer is saved in PayPal and Pay in 4 is available at checkout, it can trigger 20% cashback. The offer later became limited or one-time for some accounts, and trade-ins or checkout glitches can prevent Pay in 4 from appearing.
