If you have a Pi-hole you can still block ads on Disney+, which means if you watch Hulu through Disney+ you can block ads on Hulu as well.

This can change at any time, like it did for Peacock, but it has been working like a champion for a couple years now.

Having experience with Hulu with ads, it's definitely worth it to pay a little more for no ads.
They go a little overboard.
Sometimes the ads were nearly as long as the show I was trying to watch.

I had paid $20 earlier this month for this plan. I was ready to just make another email but I called and they were able to refund the full $20 (idk why they dont do pro-rata) and now I'm eligible to sign up for this $15 plan for 12 mos. No wait time on the phone, overall very happy with the service.

I have that $7 OFF per month AMEX offer, but it says it's per Calendar year.So we'll only get it in DEC and then it ends? Am I reading it wrong?the total amount of statement credits for qualifying purchases will not exceed $7 per month (for a total of $84 in statement credits per calendar year) per enrolled Card Account.
I think the total discount (~$84) is simply stated in annual terms. I was on that with AmEx and it's continued for several years.

Also, it appeared to increase from $7 off to $10 off - on its own.

Seems to be a good deal, but I'm torn on if I switch. I currently have a Legacy package that has Disney+ premium, ESPN+ and Hulu (commercials only on Hulu) for $24.99 with $10 back from Amex monthly. I could switch to this to save $100 over next year, but if I switch off this Legacy plan, I can't get it back in future.
I did cancelled the grandfathered plan last year in favor of $3/month ads version, and I am not happy.

Do we have to use a different credit card if we sign up under a new email?

Crazy that this is considered a deal and everyone is okay with it, then we complain about inflation. Yet here we are.
Well considering cable, with 5+ minute commercial breaks every 10 or so minutes, typically costs somewhere between $80-125 per month BEFORE fees... I'd say this is a pretty good deal actually. It's even fairly priced at its $19.99 regular cost shockingly.

The ADs aren't too frequent or too annoying in my opinion. It's a bit hard to justify the $15 monthly price for the AD FREE version. I'll gladly jump on the $1 a month with ADs Hulu deal if it pops up this Black Friday again. Some years they even included Disney+ with ADs for an extra $2 a month. So, Hulu and Disney+ with ADs for $3 a month is a deal in my opinion.
What are you talking about? Hulu ads are so annoying and pop up too frequently. I felt like I watched more ads than the shows themselves. LOL

I was going to get the $5/month deal, but being able to download shows is worth the extra $10/month.
I might actually use either service...

It's not great but I went with it due to the lack of deal options for no-add plans. You can't even get a one week free trial for the Premium plan.

When I had these, I never watched anything; it was a waste of money. I don't have any kids, though, so maybe Disney is suitable for families.

I would say so. I cancelled my Disney+ no ads with Hulu with ads bundle and tried different email with same credit card and here is what I got "There was an error processing your payment. Please check your billing info, including CVV or card pin. If the problem persists, check your card balance or contact your bank for more details. Or, try another payment method."

I am a current Disney+ subscriber. Today, I logged in, clicked the chat button to cancel, and to my surprise the rep worked with me to apply this promotion directly to my account. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was.

Two ad free services for $15 seems like a pretty good deal to me.

I have this plus ESPN+ from verizon for $20.
Is that the best deal that includes ESPN+?
I do get a lot of usage out of ESPN+
La Liga
Eredivisie
Bundesliga
And some odd English league cups also in the past.

this is tempting.

i've had the ad-supported black friday bundle for years - i don't mind the ads, there's not that many for me, but I do love ad-free.

I'm about to get laid off though, so I gotta decide if $90 more per year is worth it (i've got the amex that does $10 back per month for 3 months).

very tempting.
