If you have a Pi-hole you can still block ads on Disney+, which means if you watch Hulu through Disney+ you can block ads on Hulu as well.

This can change at any time, like it did for Peacock, but it has been working like a champion for a couple years now.

Having experience with Hulu with ads, it's definitely worth it to pay a little more for no ads.
They go a little overboard.
Sometimes the ads were nearly as long as the show I was trying to watch.

Well WTH!…. Haven't had Disney+ since last year or the year before?? Do I use another email, do I have to sit on the phone or chat for hours on hours for this?? Kind of ridiculous…

It's in the Card Benefits section of the app/website. Might have to choose an option to view all of them to see it and go to enrollment.

Every year, these black friday discounts were only on the ad-free plan, telegraphing that they valued ads more than subscription fees. I like seeing discounts on ad-free plans, that's literally what got me to first try a year of HBO Max (back when it was still called that) ages ago.
I cancelled after last year's black friday deal because I don't feel like I have enough content that I want to watch on Hulu and Disney+. But if I did, I'd definitely go with this ad-free version of the deal instead of the ad-supported one

This may have already been mentioned. Please note there is a difference between Amex Offers for 3 months or Amex BCP $10/mo benefit [americanexpress.com], I hope that helps.

Thanks, all. My yearly D+ no-ads just renewed 2 weeks ago. Just got off chat, got them to cancel and refund, and was able to immediately resubscribe to both services, and now paying less than just the one. Worth it.

I just signed up for this offer and my account says that I'll be charged $16/month. WTF! I'm trying to chat with a rep but the cue is so long. Anyone else get charged a different price?
