Only the $70 plan gives the $300 GC. The $50 plan only gives out $100

Price was the big advantage for T-Mobile home internet, but there are better options in the $50 a month price range.

For anyone thinking on using this for home office, T-Mobile has issues working with some VPNs, the workaround is to adjust the MTU for the interfaces in the local computer, but it will depend on your company policies, it might not allow you to overwrite those settings.

Still have not received the prepaid card from TMobile & contacting their customer service give me the run around
These types of promos are always complicated and full of internal rules that not even their own employees understand. They are probably to some degree designed to voided.

They definitely played it, the CS was nice & ensured I would get the card - but I have to keep calling back for an update. Not worth the time
Tried to do this promo before. Every person I talked to said something different. Seems to be the norm these days.

If you ever have trouble with a phone provider honoring a promotion, just file an FCC complaint. They have gotten back to me the next day and resolved it so quickly. complaint.https://consumercomplaints.fcc.go...int-Issues

My spectrum is $83/month. AT&T is not available. I am in need of somebody Wireless so I can ditch Spectrum.
I just canceled my $80 spectrum because i recently switched to T-Mo. They offered to drop my monthly to $56 with a 2 year guarantee. But i'm getting way better speeds with T-Mo so I decided to switch. So its worth calling them.

Verizon offered me $55 for 500Mbps FIOS. I don't think T-Mobile is competitive with that at $70. I need to see if T-Mobile is doing a trial offer to test it out.
I'd stick with the fiber. I've tested out tmobile internet a few times throughout the years and the speed was always spotty at best. Not to mention the bad ping - if you play any game that needs real time reaction, then tmobile internet is not for you.

Be aware when you apply for one month free, you won't see any charges initially for at least month, so not sure how points would show up..

I don't see the reward on my credit card; they just send me an email saying earn 400 and I followed that link.

I agree, had T-mobile for 2 years because Xfinity increased my plan price from reasonable to unreasonable and their cheaper plans were still expensive...

Switched to T-Mobile and the internet was faster than advertised, hardly ever down, and the only complaint I had was the latency was a touch higher than I liked (I game online but not super competitively).

All those things given - I only had the choice between Xfinity cable, T-Mobile and some much slower and much higher latency options...

Buuuut I jumped on Xfinity's 5 year $50 lockin for 1gb speed... so yea price point was the biggest win T-Mobile had but as of this moment not anymore.

My experience with T-Mobile Home Internet has been extremely disappointing. I followed every requirement for their promotional offer, but after the three-month period I was suddenly denied the promotion. I called customer service for clarification and was told I had signed up for the "wrong plan" and needed a more expensive one—even though I was already on their most expensive plan. When I asked which plan I should have been on, no one could give me an answer.

I escalated the issue to multiple supervisors, but I still got nowhere. Based on my experience, it feels like the promotion was never going to be honored. I know I'm not the only customer who has had this happen, and I personally feel misled by T-Mobile.

I would strongly caution others to verify every detail of any promotion before signing up, because in my case, T-Mobile did not uphold what I was promised.

You can also stack it with another CB for an extra 400.00 so that makes it 700.00 back on the offer.
