Community Reviews
This Cuisinart air fryer toaster oven stands out for simple manual controls, strong cooking performance, and long-term reliability. It handles everyday jobs well, from air frying fries and reheating pizza to nachos, taco shells, soups, and quick defrosting, and the grill and toaster oven functions add versatility. The analog dials and real buttons are a big draw for avoiding the button and display failures seen on other ovens. Main cautions are that it runs hotter than the dial setting, the door opens downward, and the knobs can get sticky over time. A solid, no-frills countertop cooker if you want durability over touch controls.
The manual dial controls make the toaster oven feel simpler to operate than digital button and display models.
Long-term use has reportedly stayed dependable, with element replacement handled by the company after many years.
The unit can handle quick cooking and reheating tasks, with many items finishing in about 10 to 15 minutes.
The oven can run hotter than the dial setting, but the dial adjustment helps compensate for that difference.
The 1800W rating may push continuous-load limits on a 15A circuit, and using it on shared kitchen circuits can trip breakers.
The toaster oven can develop sticky knobs or sticky timer behavior after a couple of years of use.
Some listings may be deceptive about condition, since Amazon Resale can ship a used unit even when the deal price suggests new.
The door opening downward can catch food when opening, which can create extra mess during use.

They both seem like 6slice 450f oven-air fryers to me, but the gourmia one has french doors and other settings, so I'm not sure why this one would be better.
It has a probe and french doors. And no dials - I hate those. More cumbersome to use, harder to clean. Give me all digital and buttons.

You are probably on the wrong thread if you are looking for affirmation of your so called superior choice, Good luck come year two with that 100% digital touch pad. SMH.

Aso, the 80% rule is generally for continuous loads, which is defined as a load that is continuous for more then 3 hours. This isn't likely drawing 1800W continuous as it's temperature controlled, and isn't likely to be ran for over 3 hours.
One con was we had pressed it against the wall before finding out the heat from the unit almost melted the wire completely. The unit does have spacers in the back to make sure there's some space but because our outlet caused the wire to cross the vent (instead of going along the bottom) it melted pretty bad. It has still worked for years afterwards.
^ The above also would not be a reason i would not buy it again. it's been very reliable.
