For 60 dollars more you can get the USB-C version of this monitor (S2725QC). That version supports 65W power delivery and has some extra USB ports on the monitor itself if you want to use the monitor as a hub. Other than that, I think the 2 models are the same. It's a budget oriented 4k productivity monitor, but it's a well though-out product. Good sharpness, good enough color accuracy for me, easy to use controls and menu, attractive design...I would buy it again.
Community Reviews
This Dell 27 Plus is a sharp 27 inch 4K 120 hertz IPS monitor that works well for productivity and light gaming. The picture looks good for the price, the design is attractive, the stand adjusts for height, tilt, and swivel, and the built in speakers get surprisingly loud. It also pairs cleanly with a Mac mini over USB C or HDMI. The main drawbacks are only fair color accuracy for photo work, some desk wobble, and a color depth bug over HDMI that can fall back to 8 bit limited RGB. A solid budget 4K option if you do not need pro level color.
Common Questions (5)
It works well with a Mac mini for everyday use, with no issues reported over months of use. One caveat is a HDMI color-depth bug that can drop 10-bit Full Range RGB 4:4:4 to 8-bit Limited RGB 4:2:2, though Better Display can lock it back to 10-bit on macOS.
Yes. The built-in speakers are reported to get very loud and are usable enough that the lowest volume setting may be needed. They are described as decent for a monitor, which can be handy if you do not want separate desktop speakers.
The S2725QC is the USB-C version and adds 65W power delivery plus extra USB ports for using the monitor as a hub. Otherwise, the two models are described as essentially the same, so the choice mainly comes down to whether you want USB-C convenience.
Yes. The stand is described as very adjustable for height, tilt, and swivel, making it easy to position for a desk setup. It may jiggle a bit with firm typing or if the desk gets bumped.
It is serviceable for general use, but it is not the right choice for someone earning a living exclusively from photo editing. For that work, a monitor with near-100% Adobe RGB or wide DCI-P3 coverage and full 10-bit support is the better tier.

Anyway, yes two of these would be a nice upgrade, effectively going to a 54" 7680 x 2160 120 Hz.
One other thing to consider though is some people prefer one big monitor over two smaller ones, especially if the big monitor is curved.
