Tried to validate the reseller. Outside of claims made on the site that they are authentic, the only thing I found was the company is based in Estonia and seems to be a valid business based on the Estonia Business Registrar (https://ariregister.rik.ee/eng/co...ta-O%C3%9C) for a Marina Karpova. There isn't a good way to verify the MS Partner ID but searching the MS Partner Site I was unable to come up with anything for this company/person.

Anyone has issue trying to download office 2024 with the product key provided? Microsoft website keeps saying website is not available at this time as soon as you enter the product key and choose the 64 bit version.

I reached out to their "support"; they had me try 3 different Windows keys, none of which worked. I asked for a refund; we'll see where this goes. I might have to file a dispute with PayPal, I sense.

All these keys are grey market. Outside of the us, in the EU retailers are forced to sell theirs keys to third parties and this is the result.

Requested a refund since I got the same keys like everyone else.

Took about 5 hours for them to reply, then another 2 hours after that before I actually got the PayPal email confirming my refund
