Microsoft has blocked the KMS38 activation method used in unauthorized scripts like Massgrave (MAS).

Key Details on the Deprecation

- Target: This method was specifically for "activating" Windows 10/11 and Windows Server until the year 2038. It was not the primary method used for Microsoft Office activation.
- The Change: Microsoft fully deprecated the clip-based KMS license migration functionality that the KMS38 method relied on.
- Affects All Versions? No. It affects newer versions of Windows that have received the critical update.
KMS38 stopped working beginning with Windows build 26100.7019 (released around November 2025).
It is now removed from the latest versions of the Massgrave script.
- Current Alternatives: The Massgrave developer advises users to switch to the HWID (Hardware ID) or TSforge activation methods, which are reported to still function.

Tried to validate the reseller. Outside of claims made on the site that they are authentic, the only thing I found was the company is based in Estonia and seems to be a valid business based on the Estonia Business Registrar (https://ariregister.rik.ee/eng/co...ta-O%C3%9C) for a Marina Karpova. There isn't a good way to verify the MS Partner ID but searching the MS Partner Site I was unable to come up with anything for this company/person.

Still works on my Rufus Windows installation USB I made in March, I'm thinking it's only borked if you're on the latest version of Windows

Are these somehow tied together, or can I just use the office key on an existing install of windows?
I would also like to know if you can install the Microsoft Office on an existing WIndows 11 without loading the bundled Windows 11.

Just activated Office bundle a few days after my 365 subscription expired. Yes, I didn't use the Win11 key, will save it for another PC.

This cannot be legit? How does Microsoft authorize third party websites to sell their license for cheap?

I'm pretty sure this is a scam - SD probably needs to close this post
1) The downloader link they provide is from some third party called 'Teknik media" which probably means it's going to install a rootkit or some other malware or something
2) The paypal payment goes to an individual not a company
Someone else prove me wrong

Do you actually have to use their downloader link, or can you simply use their key for activation?
