The reason to do this instead of simply using on future orders, it appears Uber/Uber Eats increases prices if you have gift cards loaded to the wallet for a lot of users. So I just avoid that by going back in time.

Same story here. I ordered mine 9 hours ago and still haven't received the gift card.
