I bought this suitcase in 2014 and it's traveled the world and taken lots of beatings; finally retired it in ~2023 after many years of service. I initially chose this suitcase since its slightly smaller than an official carry-on size and I didn't want to get hassled for having something "too big" to fit in the overhead. I've used this as a carry-on and as checked baggage. I liked it so much I bought my daughter the same suitcase in a different color when it came time for her to have her own suitcase.

In 4 1 seems like great size for me and wanted to try one if these hard shell ones. Fits Lufthansa and others too. Almost a tad too small and at 6 lbs not very lightweight.

I have one of these and I've taken it all over the world. still have the original wheels and it rolls so smoothly. would definitely buy another for this price if I needed one
