Even if eligible, there's no way to know if you'll get the discount/rewards:

"Max of 50k rewards available (worth up to 2,000 points/$20.00)
Offer expires 12/1/25 11:59 PM PST or until we reach max rewards available, whichever comes first"

So they get you to pay with PayPal without knowing if they're reached 50k rewards yet.

Does it stack with pay with 4? I bought a $410 sunglasses and I used pay in 4 to get the 20%, and I wonder if this will give me another 20% off?

How can i tell if it worked? Because it's not showing up in points.

It would say points pending on your account if you got it.
