Here is my experience with Insta360 store. I have purchased x4 Air from Insta360 store. Then I have decided to buy X5 from Dell.com. I have immediately informed Insta360 via chat and asked them to cancel the order. Also from Order page - I have selected cancel and Refund. Right immediately, my order got shipped. I have sent email to customer service. Customer service replied saying this: "Upon receipt of the package, ensure that the package is un-opened and intact. Then contact us within 15 days for further instructions regarding the return process." ------ This means that they are going to charge us fees if we open the package.

Our online orders state 30 day returns. From now on - I am not going to order anything from Insta360 store. I am so angry with this store and order. I wish - I would have ordered from Amazon for hassle free retunrs.

Update: Insta360 returns are worst. They are making every effort to stop you from returning items. Never purchase again from insta360 store

I strongly disagree. I'm on my third 360 camera and I am upgrading from X3 and after comparing the new ones I absolutely prefer X4 Air over the X5. Moving from the lightweight 140g X2 to 180g X3 I had noticed how much heavier it felt and it bent and vibrated the selfie stick. The new X5 is a whooping brick at 200g (feels very heavy on 1 .5 meter stick after a few seconds). X4 Air is a welcome return to a much more reasonable 165g.

This is not exactly true. I've owned every generation since X1 and replaced lenses on all of them. You need at least a dental pick to pop it out, and they're like $30 off brand. Crystal clear. But yes, the X5 is way easier to replace the glass. Saves 20 minutes of labor.

I got my camera but did not come with the selfie stick or mic. The order confirmation page no longer shows those items. Anyone in same boat?
