LG Partner Store pricing on the 65 inch B5 OLED lands well below normal retail, especially when stacked with PayPal Pay in 4 and the 20 percent credit. The best reported totals range from about $690 delivered with tax to roughly $704 to $763 after tax, with the credit showing as pending quickly in some cases. Access comes through partner programs like PerkSpot or Perks at Work, and the EXTRA10 code appears on the page for some but does not always work at checkout. The main drawback is fulfillment, with backorders, processing status, and delayed or missing confirmation emails causing long waits. A strong value if the discount and credit line up, but patience may be required.
Common Questions (6)
The TV has been showing backorder or processing status for many orders, with estimated delivery dates ranging from late December to early January. Some shipments were later handed to the shipping company for scheduling, while others remained pending for weeks.
The banner can show EXTRA10, but it may not apply at checkout for some shoppers. Others used it successfully on LG website purchases, so the code appears to depend on the specific store path or account flow.
Access the LG Partner Store through an employer, school, or organization portal such as PerkSpot or Perks at Work, or via a college .edu verification link. The partner page can show the B5 65" at $810, while the regular LG site may show a higher price.
Yes. Selecting PayPal at checkout can reveal Pay in 4, and the 20% PayPal credit has shown as pending within minutes. Some orders were completed around $690-$704 delivered after the credit, depending on tax and the exact checkout total.
Not always. Some buyers reported a charged card with no LG confirmation email, and support had to be contacted with screenshots; in other cases the order appeared in the LG account as Processing.
The support contacts shared were +1 800-243-0000 and 844-810-0070, with [email protected] listed in a cancellation email. These contacts were tied to LG Online Brandshop Support.

I waited on the phone yesterday for LG's Indian 'support agent Mike' say to give them 7 days to get an update and he was putting the ticket on 'rush status'. "Oh, you've been waiting a month?" Yeah, I have. But Amazon, Best Buy, Costco and Greentoe have all been having deals on the model and have physical stock to ship in the meantime. Called again 12/27 and it is still backordered in my region with an estimated delivery date of 1/08. They won't give compensation for the delay until it is delivered. The only reason I am not canceling is the PayPal 20% back credit.
