The Target cart should have showed the 10% off before you checked out. If it didn't, that was Target's issue. You had to be logged into your Target acct though for the 10% off, because it's a Target Circle/member offer, I believe. If it did show 10% off & then the amt changed when you used PayPal to pay, that is still Target's fault as they give PayPal the total (maybe they are disallowing PayPal as a payment method with this promo).

In the past they were coded as Target -- and they separated each purchase as a separate charge. When I bought 8x$25 for $200 total in 1 order, I had 8 separate $25 charges. So if you have a 1-time use offer/coupon on the payment side, make 1x$200 charge for maximum benefit.

Same here, it takes 10 off a $50 GC to make it $40 but it's not giving me a percentage if I add like $200 then it's still only $10 off.

edit: They just fixed it, it's 10% now.

I added it to cart and saw 10%off earlier but I was making breakfast for my kid and when done I came back to my phone and was to check out and saw $10 off.... Hopefully this is a glitch...I buy this every year as I got Target very close to the place and we shop there a lot.

I saw 10% off in the cart and when I tried to check out with PayPal it showed $500. So I cancelled and now I see $10 off $5. I think it's bugged. Will wait for them to fix it.

works now. I think it's a tech glitch. now website shows Spend $5 get 10% off lol. kinda sucks. could've gotten $10 free cash with spend $5 get $10 off
