I got lucky and bought someone's Ultra 2 they'd used for a week and wanted to sell it before the "ultra 3" came out... a year ago. Dude was convinced it was happening, but he sold it to me for $500 at the time so I got applecare+ and everything.
I want to hold out but Ultra 3 looks pretty good.

Was $679 on Amazon last night. Check tomorrow for CM and see if it's that price again. Had a bunch of Amazon cards to use, so I bought there. Otherwise would have easily pulled the trigger on the Costco listing.
