9000 mAh is more than most of these cheap inflators that usually have 4000 mAh. This one can run on battery, or with included 12V adapter

This probably wouldn't work on Amazon, but on AliExpress, if you tested the batteries and found them to fall short of the advertised capacity, you could complain for a partial refund. You might have to take it apart to test the batteries though. I've gotten as much as 90% back for grossly underperforming products.

It may have a 9000maH rated battery, but most use recycled cells that only have 50% capacity remaining. This is a huge problem with any off-bramd battery on Amazon. It's technically correct, but also misleading.
