Went to subscribe to Disneyplus and when I clicked on the $12.99 plan and went to check out, I see the following:
Overlapping subscription credit -$11.99
Total due $1.
I get hulu with ads free from tmobile so when I went to sign up for Disneyplus with the same email, the system recognizes the subscription and deducts $11.99 leaving disney costing only $1. Hope this helps someone.

Do we know if this will be continuous or only for 3 months?
I think this will be continuous. Regular Disney+/Hulu bundle is now $12.99. T-mo is paying for the $11.99 credit. So it will be $1 as long as the cost of the bundle does not increase, or T-mo stops giving credit.

Thanks! I had cancelled both Hulu and Disney plus a few months ago, but looks like I was eligible for "Hulu on US" from T-Mobile so I used my previous account and it went through. Then I went to log in to Disney plus and it asked me to select a plan. Chose the $12.99 plan with Hulu and it showed the -$11.99 overlapping subscription charge, so only paying $1 for both! Thanks for the heads up on this!

I don't see it. Does Go5G Plus maybe not have that free Hulu benefit? I know I get Netflix and AppleTV though.

Not all go5g accounts have it. It depends on when the plan started.

Does anyone know if i want/need to cancel Disney+ at any time, in case price increases, will it revert back to the standalone Hulu with the Tmo discount?

this is great deal ! I don't know how to replicate as I don't use same email for tmobile and hulu. when I log into hulu manage account it says 'managed by tmobile'. and there is no option to add disney plus.

fixed: had to finish checkout to see -11.99 credit. hope this works. I was tempted to buy bundle , now I can get same for lot cheaper!

you can get Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited Bundle for $18 following same steps.

Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited Bundle
$29.99/month

Overlapping Subscription Credit
-$11.99/month
Terms apply

Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited Bundle Premium
Ads will be served in select live and linear content.
+ $9.00/month

The real question is how to upgrade to "no ads" and still get the 11.99 credit. I can't find a way to do that

Because you can upgrade to this anytime - this is the lowest Hulu subscription now. This has nothing to do with getting Disney+ for $1. This is like when signing up for NEtflix with Ads for free with T-mobile but when you sign up for the premium without ads plan for only $7.99 more.
Net is still +$1 to TMO customer who already have free Hulu.
