Uber is having a $25 off at BestBuy offer today. AirPods Pro 3 are currently on sale for $219.99 there.
Costco currently has two $50 Uber gift cards on sale for $79.99, so $200 worth of gift cards are $159.98.
Stack all of those together and it comes out to $154.99 + taxes and local uber fees. Those came out to an additional $25.30 for me but they will vary by local tax rate and local uber laws/fees.

Apple AirPods Pro 3 can be had at a steep discount through Uber Eats when the Best Buy promo and Costco Uber gift cards line up, with some orders landing around $154 to $180 out the door after tax, fees, and tip. The strongest upside is the stacked savings, especially when Uber One, scheduled delivery discounts, or extra card credits apply. The main catch is that promo availability and stock are inconsistent, and some checkout attempts fail or get canceled after the gift cards are loaded. A good value if the app shows the offer and the store is actually accepting orders.
The $25 UberEats promo can apply automatically at checkout in the Uber app, reducing the need for extra steps.
Using Costco Uber gift cards with the UberEats $25-off offer can cover taxes, delivery fees, and Uber fees for a lower out-the-door total.
Uber One can cancel most delivery and service charges, which can make the final price feel closer to the advertised savings.
AirPods Pro 3 orders can be delivered successfully after the item reappears as in stock in nearby Best Buy listings.
The $25 UberEats promo may not appear until reaching the cart, and it can also fail to show up for some users.
Costco eGift card delivery can be delayed, which can stall the deal workflow and leave Uber gift cards unavailable for checkout.
Uber promo stacking and checkout can fail with errors like "promocode was not applicable," which can leave Uber cash in an authorization state.
Warranty and returns may be uncertain when paying fully with Uber Cash, and warranty timing can start at activation.
