Ordered mine for $1699 and they just shipped it today. Is there a way adorama provides credit or cancel and reorder? Looks like their customer service and office is closed early on Friday. Anyone had experience returning the old order unopened and placing new order?

I've called back 3 times for credits of anywhere from $30-50 for each pair of speakers. I didn't buy as a set. I think I do it three times. Twice I got refunds in the credit card and once was a store credit.

Does anyone have any experience with returns on Adorama? I've been watching this set for a while now and seems to be the best price thus far. I am matching them with an Onkyo tx rz50. Unfortunately, I can't find anywhere to actually go listen to them. Just don't want to be disappointed. Seems you have to pay return shipping, which would probably be significant.

I think unless you really want to power 11 devices rz30 is still great to power 5.2.4 or 7.2.2 systems. Rz30 has better hdmi board and direc room correction included in it and also has a 2 separate subwoofer control. Adorama has that in offfer for $750 and I was able couple that with paypal's 20% cashback bringing it to ~$600

On their site, it states the price protection policy for the holidays. Returning the order, and then trying to reorder the entire kit - hundreds of pounds of speaker, hundreds of dollars in shipping, $$$ in FTE hours to process everything... a total scumbag move. This is a private, single storefront operation. But you do you partner.
