This Klipsch Reference Premier bundle stands out as a big, high-output home theater setup with strong value for the money. The towers, center, and bookshelves are praised for immersive movie sound, loud playback, and a lively presentation that improves after break in. Pairing it with a Speedwoofer or RP 1400SW is a common fit for rounding out the system. The main cautions are the bright treble, the very large and heavy towers, and occasional finish or warranty frustrations. A solid choice if you want a full Klipsch theater and have room for it.

  • The bundle can deliver loud home theater performance after installation and setup work.

  • The Reference Premier line is described as immersive and well-driven by midrange AV receivers.

  • Adorama customer service reportedly honored the $1499 discount code and processed a $200 refund or credit.

  • The speakers can sound harsher at first but may improve after break-in over a few months.

  • The RP-8000F II towers are reportedly very heavy and large, which can complicate loading into an SUV.

  • PayPal Pay Later reportedly fails for this transaction because the total exceeds $1,500.

  • One RP-8000F II tower reportedly arrived missing, with a box containing only a single speaker.

  • Warranty coverage reportedly was not honored after one speaker failed within a few months.

I didn't think they were open on sundays. I'm having the speaker set and the RP1600 delivered to my office and now worried the sub won't fit in my suv for transport. I just don't want it delivered home and dropped off when no one is home.
110 lbs and the size will make it interesting to load in an SUV. Maybe rent a van or pickup for delivery day.

Can someone recommend a stand for the center speakers?
It's kind of expensive, but I got the Salamander Designs Synergy System Core Module SL20. The dimensions are great for big receivers and center channel speakers

It really depends on your ears and what you like, Klipsch and Martin Logan are very different in sound. Have you looked into the Paradigms? They are also on sale direct up to 35%.
I agree that sound is very subjective and some people may not be able to make a difference when listening to a thousand dollar speaker vs a hundred dollar one. My advice is to try listening in person if possible before spending a lot. Having said that, Klipsch is indeed on brighter side. I have Klipsch the same package listed here. I bought these from Adorama in 2021. I have these setup with Onkyo RZ50 for my home theater room. This setup is good for movies. But when it comes to music , my ears hurt Smilie I have a different setup in our living room with KEF R3 for music and daily TV stuff. Much more layback and so much easy on my ears. I landed up with KEFs after listening to 5 different bookshelf's varying in price ranges and landed with KEFs. Crutchfield is great with their test and return policy if you wanna test out some.

I second the Salamander Designs, though they are expensive. I have the Salamander Designs Synergy 237 Triple AV. My center speakers fit on it with no problem. My TV is wall-mounted, so there is nothing else on top of the media cabinet.

FWIW I got a similar deal (https://www.adorama.com/kp8060faiiwa.html) last black friday and I have been using these speakers with RP-1400SW 14" for 1 year now and these are really good speakers. One warning though - Make sure you have an understanding of the size. these things are HUGE. I can share some pics of my Home Theater if anyone needs it.

Could you share your KEF speaker models?

Size-wise, I think they fit in well in a medium-sized room. It is the subwoofer size that really has to be considered.

Sure. KEF R3 bookshelf. I got a pair for about $1500 in 2022. I don't see those sold anymore or maybe they call R3 meta now.
I had ordered a bunch of bookshelf speakers from Crutchfield and listened to those in my living room setting by playing a different range of music and songs. The KEFs were the most pleasing to us.

How do speakers like this compare to something like the Logitech z680 or z906? I had a pair of the z680 years ago and thought they were awesome. Especially the bass! Does a set of these with a proper receiver blow the z680 out of the water or just similar?
I've had a few different sets of Logitech PC speakers over the years and they were decent. Didn't know Logi got into home theater. The Reference Premier line is fantastic, this is technically the third generation, I have the first generation of this same set and have been tempted to upgrade, but my whole current setup is cherry finish including the subs. I'd go with this setup at this price any day, its a great deal considering each tower has 2 - 8" woofers and the center has 4 - 5" woofers, it's a very immersive setup. I'm driving my setup with a Pioneer vsx-lx505 and they sing!

Can you all suggest a good receiver that is most compatible with these? I ordered Denon X7100H but having second thoughts to get a better one.
