Just caught this myself. Was a similar deal earlier this month, I believe. Regardless, doubt it lasts long with the price of RAM these days.

I mean its a good deal in the sense that its a cheap way to get the RAM, but this board seems problematic from the reviews. Looks like newegg leveraging the RAM prices to get rid of mobos that probably dont sell well. Buy at your own risk....its still only 16GB DDR5.

Note this mobo use Pcie4.0x16 for GPU. The other similar deal for Asus TUF mATX mobo has pcie5.0x16.

This is a solid deal considering the state of the ram market, even though it's only 16gb this motherboard normally costs about this much anyway.

I have the ASrock b650m and it's great, I have heard mixed things about gigabyte but I'm sure you'd be covered by warranty / returns

Problem with the 'economy' motherboards is they often don't have the best power handling, which can cause problems with overheating (and throttling) of more powerful CPUs... like a 9800x3d.

FYI... it appears this Mobo doesn't support CPU overclocking out of the box. Apparently you can enable it using a BIOS meant for a slightly higher end Gigabyte B650M in the same family. If anyone knows differently please share.

Regardless I still went ahead and jumped on this deal. Probably the best bang for your buck right now. Just pair it with a half decent video card and you should be ready for some sweet gaming goodness.
