The credit is a deal, but not the price of the PS5 and PS5 Pro. Silly tariffs basically cancel out the credit. PS5 summer bundle was $349. We should have been at $300 by now for holiday sales.

Got this yesterday to only play Gran Turismo.

I had a PS4 with a 500 GB hard drive, not 1000 GB and they still took it. About $500 for a PS5pro, not bad at all. 170$ for a 12-13 year old PS4 is awesome.

Dont forget to wipe out your old device before trade-ing in.

So if we do it in person we get store credit but if we do it online we get reimbursed the credit back to original payment form, is that accurate?

So I got the deal. Order said 70 trade in and 100 promotion. Went to store pickup, traded in, got the 70 trade in, the 100 is not taken off yet but it's in my order. Do you know when you'll get it back? I may reach out to customer service to see. No bb credit , but instant for me

The rep I had didn't care and just selected my PS4 Slim as "Model Unknown" in the system and it still went through
I regret giving up a brand new PS4 controller that I had because the rep probably would have taken anything I provided, like an older PS3 controller that I had laying around

Not that straightforward. You must've signed a trade in agreement and the expectations and after affects of that agreement are still unknown to people in this thread. Even the ones who traded in 500gb
