Not advertising, but very reputable seller, for years on Walmart and even before on ebay. Back in 2010s, I used to purchased a lot used items from VIPOUTLET, Not even a single time I was disappointed. They are Miami based. Again, you are betting against used items, and it's not Amazon resell, so don't expect that quality.
The only and main thing I'd check with this purchase is Authenticity as sometime it's reported fake one being sold to them and they will come to you eventually...

Mine just came in from my first order(when they were still $93). Warranty says good until 6/13/26, look brand new. Placed 2nd order when price dropped to return for $93

The fact that the Best buy, an authorized Apple retailer sold you a fake apple product is very disturbing and hard to believe. Was that a new factory sealed item or openbox/refurbished? If refurbished then I would guess that someone swap the item and returned a fake one. What is your situation?

Idk how to tell yall. BUT DO NOT
EVER BUY ANY USED / OPEN BOX AirPods. 80% of them are scams and I have been scammed thru the AirPods Pro's 3 thru EBay and BEST BUY. Trust me spend the extra $50-100 and get the real official brand new pair and save yourself a favor in the future.

Got mine today also -- pristine -- and has apple care plus with 18 months left on warranty. Literally can not make this up.

Ok, received my order. They are 100% open box as described, unused, and genuine. Came with everything, new braided USB-C cable and all unused eartips. I learned a lot about how to verify authenticity, like the case responding to touch while charging, and working with an Apple Watch charger, both of which work fine. Everything else checks out as well. Warranty valid through July of next year. Very pleased! I'll probably order some foam tips just because I'm so used to the sound profile from them.

I just received the AirPods with scuffs and scratches on them. Left AirPod and right AirPod have 2 different serial numbers. The case and the box have the same serial number but it doesn't match with the AirPods's. Somebody bought it, swapped the AirPods and returned. Im not even sure the AirPods are real because when i checked the serial numbers on Apple website, Apple didn't recognize them

Received two sets today. One set has warranty until July 30, 2026, the other May 16, 2026. One set is in the original box (opened before), and the other was in a brown generic box. Both have the original ear tips and USB-C cable included.

One thing about the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation), I have had Pro 1 for quite some time and these Pro 2 have much worse noise cancellation. I Googled and it seems like a common problem with Airpods Pro 2. Debating if I should keep them or not.

Regarding the serial numbers, that's normal. The case matches the box and each AirPod has a different serial. If they weren't in open box/unused condition though then that doesn't match the listing and you should be able to get a replacement or refund pretty easily.

Received mine today. It came in a plain brown box and included ear tips and a USB-C cable. The case and AirPods have different serial numbers, and there are visible signs of use with some light dents.

Oh, I thought each AirPods have the same serial number (case, box etc). I got it pretty cheap, $50 plus tax after cashback. But i have to send it back because VIP don't do replacement, only refund. I just found out in find my app showed the AirPods is Mismatch. Someone definitely swapped it
