I have this same with a 2nd fan for a push pull setup running 30% with a slight overclocked 9600x and it barely touches 62c while encoding video CPU only. Very quiet

ARGB in stock for me at Woot, but they don't ship to APO/FPO addresses despite Amazon shipping plenty of stuff to us. And it's shipped by Amazon. Boooo.
