Craftsman/DeWALT are both from Stanley-B&D. They're often identical or have minor differences as arbitrary as brightness options (CMCL090 vs DCL045) or what LED they use (CMCF940 vs. DCF899).
FYI, the print rubs right off... at least for my DeWALT version.

When I got this notification yesterday and checked Tractor Supply there was a score line through "$9.99" with a "Sale Price" of $7.99. Interesting that it's now $1 more than the scored-through price of $9.99... which was also the price I paid there in 2023 when it wasn't on sale.
