Few shipping. Good deal on some niche M12 tools with a 5.0 high output battery (best m12 battery). Circular saw can cut 2x material on a non-angled cut. Cutoff tool will come in separate box with a few different blades.

The cutoff tool is very underpowered if anyone is considering buying one

I think this is the latest generation M12 Fuel circular saw, if it is, it is very good. The older generation circular saw wasn't very good, the new one I use a lot around the house.

The cutoff tool is underpowered compared to the Dewalt. That said, it still works good for small stuff it is meant for. I have both, and use the Milwaukee more due to convenience, if it requires more power then the Dewalt comes out, but that is not often. If you have both Dewalt and Milwaukee batteries then just get the Dewalt, it is better. Not worth it to get another battery platform if all you have if Milwaukee batteries. The Milwaukee cutoff will be good enough for most stuff, but it will bog down if you push it too hard.

I read the Milwaukee subreddit a ton and this is said often. But! It depends. If you're a power user and expect this to slice up rebar or similar materials, look elsewhere. As a DIY homeowner, relatively amateur, this is great for odds and ends. Blister packaging. Breaking down items for trash and recycle.

Looks like the 2521-20 saw and I think that's the 2024 model Gen 2, which yes I think is the newest.

Tempting, but probably have very little use for the cutoff tool.

A deal on just the circular saw and 5.0 battery would be ideal.

Edit: looks like you can hack circular saw, battery, charger, with grease gun for $162 after you return the grease gun.

I'm split between doing the hack or buying this kit. I'm just a home user for home projects and I guess would be nice to have the cutoff tool but what type of situations or where would I use it? I would probably use a multi tool more but thats one one of the free tool options =(

You just answered your question. Get the multi tool. For the saw, the stock saw is not that great. Get one from diablo brand
