Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream is a thick, fragrance free body cream that stands out for very dry, sensitive skin and a strong price per ounce. The 20 ounce tub comes in around 47 cents an ounce here, which undercuts Costco and Sam's most of the time. The cream texture is also the main limitation, since it is too thick for a pump and may be more than needed if lotion already works for your skin. It is a solid value if you want a richer moisturizer in a tub.
Amazon Basics can work pretty well as a substitute for Cetaphil moisturizing cream.
Cetaphil moisturizing cream can be a good fit for very dry and sensitive skin needs.
Cetaphil can work well for people who prefer its texture after trying many alternatives.
The deal can price out to a lower per-ounce cost than some club pack options.
Cetaphil cream may not be packaged in a pump, which can create hygiene concerns during application.
Cetaphil cream can be too thick for a pump, so pump-style dispensing may not be practical.
Cetaphil pump expectations can conflict with other tub-based moisturizers, so packaging assumptions may not hold across brands.
The linked alternative may be a lotion rather than the cream in the deal post, so product consistency may differ.

Right now,
Costco has the 20 oz and 16 oz together for $19.99 [costco.com] which is about 55¢ an oz.
Sam's has two 16 oz together for $19.99 [samsclub.com] which is about 62¢ an oz
The Amazon deal is about 47¢ an oz.
Cetaphil commonly goes on instant savings at both clubs and they usually knock about $4 off which would bring the price of Costco down to about 44¢ an oz but Sam's would still be about 50¢ an oz. I could have sworn the warehouses used to have two 20 oz containers in their packages but I am going by what their website say that they have now.
