It's odd. It seems like others have been able to get this to work. I have looked at all the models from the link and found a few that were "Like New" and from Amazon, but I could not find a 15% off.
I am in for one if I can get this to work... but no luck so far.

Got this for the same price last evening after 15% off. So, it was around $1100 after 15% off the price came down to $940.

Niche needs aside, you can't seriously tell me this is a better deal than one with similar specs, same price, with full manufacturer warranty

I think we have different definitions of what a 'good deal' means, and that's okay. It feels like you're trying very hard to support your argument, but since this is subjective, it doesn't need that level of justification.

Was able to snag the silver one earlier today. If you know a college student, you will get additional 10% cashback, and another 5% using prime visa card. Net $808 without taxes.

You need to signup for prime young adult. You get 5-10% cashback on everything on amazon. But it is only available for students 18-24.

I picked up just before turkey day from Amazon resale like new MB air 15 inch M4 24mb/512gb midnight for $906 After a 30% off discount.

Hopefully they will bring back some larger % offs
