Go to your coupon panel, many have a 'booster' coupon for $7 wag cash on $35 or similar offer. YMMV
3) Clip the $15 Wags Cash on $45 P&G items and booster Q
4) at product pages you wish to purchase, clip product specific coupons, add item to cart.
5) add to cart for SHIPPING (or store pick up if you prefer)
6) apply code CYBER20
7) IMPORTANT,
add $63 after DIGITAL Q's and before CYBER20 after ALL discounts applied (code/coupons) and BEFORE sales tax, your total must be $50+ to qualify for the $15 Visa Rebate. If you aren't doing the rebate your total must be at least $45 to get the Wags Cash offer.
8) see scan for ALL qualifying P&G products. I've linked to some popular brands (Gillette, Charmin, Bounty, Tide and Downy below)
SPECIFIC ITEMS MUST DISPLAY BOTH the Earn $15 Wags Cash on $45 and $15 on $50 Rebate. Best to stick with larger bottles and packs, most larger sized items qualify, smaller sized not so much.

edit: I guess I will pass on it this time because last time it was equivalent to 216 rolls for under $20 after all the cash back. This time it comes up to over $20 for an equivalent of 180 rolls because it's $15 walgreens cash instead of $30 like last time. Still would be a good deal, but I am assuming by the time I need more it will be better again.
Hopefully I don't need toilet paper for a while. lol. Between the 2 times doing this deal I have the equivalent of 396 rolls and after all discounts and cash back I am out less than $41. Only thing is I don't often get stuff from walgreens so my rewards points aren't exactly worth the same as cash. Today I bought $15 of candy with $15 of my rewards...
What sucks is best buy DID have a $50- walgreens gc for $42.50, so would have saved some more.
Funny this deal got little attention, but it's actually as good as the previous one that was very popular, depending which items you buy. I managed to get my toilet paper to be under $52 after all discounted, so didn't waste a lot of extra spending above the $50 minimum needed.
