Pixar Putt is a Pixar themed mini-golf course indoors at Anaheim, CA (Pixar Place Hotel near Disneyland) and Garden State Plaza in NJ. All 18 holes will be themed and indoors. Putters and golf balls will be provided. There are also props (e.g. Pizza Planet golf cart), character statues, and possibly live characters in costume to take pictures with.

I'm hesitant to enter prices since they vary by day of the week and location, and they add booking fees at the end. Also note that there is special pricing for Pixar Hotel guests and Magic Key holders. But base price for me during a weekday at Pixar Hotel is $28 per person before code entry and fees. Total was $25.45 per person out the door.
You can use the code for any tee time on any date. Tee times are every 30 minutes from 10AM to 8:30PM. (Anaheim, CA location will close the event after Jan 4.) Course is estimated to take 90 minutes.
After purchase, you can reschedule your tee time, assuming availability, using their customer portal in your email. All attendants must have a ticket even if not participating. It is a few dollars cheaper to book during the week (Mon-Thurs) than Fri-Sun.
Parking is free for 3 hours with validation from the Pixar Place Hotel.
