if i got the legion that is 999 now but i got it when it was 1050 it is worth it cause this 5070 is still 8 gb

The Legion has a nicer screen and the chassis is made of more premium material, but the TUF from this deal has a more powerful processor, approx 15% more powerful GPU even if it still has 8GB, and I believe the TUF has more storage than the $1000ish Legion deals. I think the TUF is the better deal personally, but I don't value the screen as much as others.

thx for the reply i am going to just stay with it that tuf is alittle weird alot of combinations. also i think the hd is two 512s split not one big unit also the resolution is nuts for a 5070 1920 x 1200 like reall idk plus i bought office and upgraded to win 11 i mean it sucks i shouldnt have boguht it so early but walmary did me a solid today so i am gonig to return the favor cause i could have got screwed on a copy of wwe 2k25 not the switch

Assuming your Legion has the AMD Ryzen 260, don't swap to this assuming you ever go on battery. The Legion with this processor gets sub 2 hours of basic web browsing vs 6+ with the 260. Unless someone is desktop bound I think the I7/I9 14th gens are just a bad idea in a laptop.
