Got one last time. It's actually really good. These are what hubs should cost. Also works great if you need DP Alt hub relay on a USB 3 device. Something most USB 3 hubs couldn't do, and only a few would do from a single designated port.

As long as the USB-C to HDMI adapter/cable you buy supports 4K 120Hz. Most are only 4K 60Hz. Look for one rated HDMI 2.1.

Sort of weird it supports laptop charging up to 85W. I don't know of any laptop that comes with a 85W charger. 65W or 90W are standard. Seems they could have eek'd out an extra 5W to meet the 90W standard.

Only if your laptop had a setting in the BIOS for turning on when the charger is plugged in. There isn't a universal standard for initiating a power on via a USB-C port.
