I ordered this on Friday but cancelled and ordered the Guardian 6000 for the ability to have 240v which I think will be a better fit for my needs. Used the code THESOLARLAB making my total shipped cost $1,614.00 for the 6000. :-)

One of my reasons is that it's easier to set up. No need to open the garage, pull out the generator, attach the propane tank, pull the cord and hope it starts, etc. If the powers outage is just 10mins, there would be regrets to do all that setup.

Hi what would be some 240V appliances that would need to be used in case of a power outage. Can I use the 2000w one to just power up a fridge or a space heater?
