Apple Watch Series 11 at Costco is drawing attention for a checkout discount that can be larger than the advertised sale price, with the cart showing $90 off in some cases and even lower totals when an extra Costco spend offer or later price drops kicked in. The 42mm and 46mm sizes both surfaced in the thread, and pickup or shipping fees affected the final total. Pricing later moved around, with some carts showing $329 to $334.98 and the extra spend offer ending, so the deal timing mattered. Costco price matching also came up as a way to recover the difference after purchase.
The checkout discount can apply $90 off, which lowers the final total after tax and shipping.
The deal can stack with a Costco spend-$250 offer to reach the full $90 discount at checkout.
Price matching can refund the difference when the watch drops to a lower Costco price later.
Pickup orders may still work out well even when the deal price fluctuates, since some buyers used the purchase for gifts.
The discount amount and cart price can fluctuate, with the total later returning to a higher figure after initially showing a deeper markdown.
Some shoppers only see a smaller discount at checkout and find Amazon slightly cheaper at the comparable price point.
The $40 extra offer tied to spending $250 reportedly ended on 12/1, making the deal appear dead afterward.
Pickup can add an extra $5 cost, which reduces the effective savings versus the advertised discount.

"Discount on Order -$90.00"
We'll see how the orders pan out.
I got in on the 42mm for $340 which will make a good gift, so can't complain, but would have been nice to save another ~$20 or so.

I just bought my watch 11 from amazon for $349, not worth $20 to go through the trouble of resetting.
