Honestly the price the bundle should have launched for. I've owned it since launch and have played MKW a handful of times since then. It just doesn't have the same high speed feel of MK8 due to the wide tracks. It also doesn't seem to matter who you pick or even your skills as the outcome of each race is somewhat random.

Don't get me wrong, it's fun for sure, but I wouldn't have bought it at $50 let alone the $70 they're asking for MKW à la carte.

On Saturday I used the PayPal pay in 4 for 20% cashback deal to get the base switch 2 without any packin games at Target. Can I somehow exchange it for this and not mess up the cash back process.

People seem underwhelmed by it. Not sure why, tech wise it is a decent upgrade.

Sure, it doesn't compare to a PS5 pro, but it's not really meant to.

There are also not many new games available for it, but it's only 6 months into its lifespan

Currently, I don't believe it's that much better. It will depend on the games that come out for it (like the next 3D Mario and Zelda). It's a tough sell, because people are still happy with their Switch 1s. And if you were to trade in a Switch 1 to a place like Gamestop, they only give you about $80 in trade.

Was just about to pull the trigger with the target card.. ended up using my visa. Target card does not have the extra year of extended warranty. I got 2% cash back with my cc vs the 5% with target.. so I see it as 15 bucks for 1 year extra warranty after mfgr.

$65 membership aside, the Costco deal involves buying gift cards to then buy a console for full price. In the event you have an issue and you need to return it exchange it etc it is MUCH harder to deal with Nintendo than a BM store return plus you are stuck with gift cards and not an actual refund .
FWIW i am a Costco member and I still prefer the Walmart / target deal with PayPal cashback then going the gift card route. Now if Costco drops their console to match target/walmart pricing then that would be awesome ....
