Also bad reviews of Apple products are expected. Lots of Apple hater hobbyists out there. And as for the rate of return, that's completely anecdotal because neither Apple nor any of its partners release that kind of information.

I don't see any Circle deal that mentions electronics, so I'm unsure what deal is being referenced here.
(I have not made any purchases at Target recently that would have "used up" any one-time deals)

Have to disagree. I've owned every generation of AirPods Pros and think these are the best by far. The sound is different.for sure, tuned more bassy/lively. Not everyone's cup of tea so that's far.

Target doesn't but both Best Buy and Apple do even if you don't buy them there. Of course they only issue a GC, not cash. I just traded in my OG AirPods at BB that were living in the back of a drawer. Did the transaction online and opted for mail in. I downloaded the prepaid shipping label, stuck them in a box, and got the e-GC a day after BB received them.
