I canceled my subscription on 11/25, just before the renewal at the regular price. I had the $19.99/year black Friday deal from last year but didn't see any deals this time around. I just received the email today with this new $29.99/year offer if I came back. Check your emails for those that recently canceled last year's deal.

I chat (took 50 mins) and told CS that I saw a cupon in my inbox but I cannot find it... He asked for my zip code. Later they sent me a 29.99 coupon for premier plan.
Peacock is included with Walmart+ which is $49 a year currently. Makes better sense to get Walmart+ and get peacock and all the walmart+ benefits for a little bit more than just peacock by itself.
I also got $19.99 BF deal last year which ended.
I thought Peacock would give some deal like that this year too but they didn't.
I don't want to give more than $20/yr because I mostly watch premier League soccer.
I guess Walmart route looks better.
I just saw the email they wanted to give me $3/month for 6 months.
Tip free? that would add up quick. Where is that option?
I always check my cart to see what stuff can be shipped first, and buy them first at check out, leaving only the perishables to be delivered from the store. That way the "tip" is only on about 1/2 of the stuff on my order. When you choose "ship" rather than delivery, those items come like a amerzon order.
My last store delivery was a fiasco. About $30 of stuff was missing. It takes $35 for a free "store" delivery with out a $10 delivery fee on top of the "Tip" so I added enough stuff I only kind of needed to get to that point. Guess what they left in the delivery persons car?, the stuff I needed that day.. I use the service about once a week. This was the first time they screwed it up.
I got the Pintcock $30 email a few days ago.. I dont know if it is worth the $30.. I was even thinking $20 was even a bit much since the only thing that gets wathced is "Days of our Lives" on any regular basis.
I guess I can wait until they come to the price point I am willing to pay.
If you're a Walmart plus member you have to add in home delivery which has been an additional $40 per year (it may have changed but that's what I've paid the last 2 years). Then when you select delivery you will see the time slots for the tip free option. My drivers won't even accept a cash tip. It's great for $40 they do all your shopping and deliver it and even put it away if you wanted.
I cancelled a couple of weeks ago and had not received any renewal email promo. So like a couple of other commenters I reached out on chat and said I'd mislaid the email and they provided a promo code for annual premium $39.99๐

I tried that and came up empty. They just referred me to occupational discounts, which I don't qualify for. Thought about trying again, but elapsed time for me was also about 50 minuntes.
If enough resist this price they will have to adjust the value of the content and write it off. Then they can price what the market will bear.. I know they are saying they are all loosing money, but yet comcrap wants to buy more? Some thing is going on.. Comcrap creates a new company for msdnc, and in the same breath, they want the Clinton News Network.. IDK, but it is bean counters are looking to get a monopoly of content, or at least their finger in all of it.

I had the same runaround the first time. FYIโ I never received a renewal offer when I cancelled. My 2nd attemptโI told them that I passed on the $39.99 renewal last week hoping to get a better deal on Black Friday. No deal showed up, and the renewal code expired. Kindly asked for a new one, and the rep immediately provided me with a voucher for $39.99.

I think this is zip code related or maybe what you watch?. I cancelled and no deal offered, got 4 emails since I cancelled that says come back with no deals, just come back see what you are missing at full price.
I tried chatting with CS about a discount and they asked me for my zip code and said no twice. I asked 3 people I know had peacock in my area and they all did not get the deal. My husband watches the supercross dirt bike (not sure the offical name) every year and so do the 3 people I asked and none of us got offered a deal, so was it because of zip code or that they know people watch something like supercross which starts in Jan I think and will renew? Compare to me asking my family which lives in another state and all 4 people that use peacock, I asked got some form of a deal offered by email or chat...hmm?
The account I got the email from was the account I cancelled on 11/24/2025 and that sub ended on the 25th. I've been using these peacock annual deals since 2022. I live in WV if that helps.
Does it give the option to back out of canceling if this retention offer doesn't show up? At what point will the offer show up when clicking to cancel? I want to do this for my Dad's account as a Christmas gift but I don't want to accidentally cancel his account if he's not given the same offer

Just got it for $29.99 via a code through chat. My guess is they'll do something for the Olympics.
What did you say to prompt them to give something? I just tried chat and they said nothing is available as a promo but keep checking the site for discounts
