You're much better off putting down the extra money for the 7500x3d prebuilts. One of them comes with 32gb of RAM https://www.microcenter.com/produ...-gaming-pc

Not everyone can spend $1000 on PC. $700 is a good budget option.

There's another 7500x3d prebuilt for $900 but I understand.
I personally would opt for the system with 32GB of RAM because there's a shortage right now, and we don't know if or when it will get better. Even with the 16gb build, the 7500X3D will dunk on the 8400f in any game.

It's such a bad processor choice for a gaming PC, the 7600 or 7600x is faster for around the same price.
