The interior (the area that wraps around the basket) is plastic. It's been 1+ year, and there is still a smell of plastic whenever I use the air fryer for more than 20 minutes at high temp.
The touch screen control is clunky and it does not remember your last used temperature or any other setting.
No way to disable "keep warm."
The pre-heat function is only available with bake.
Highly uneven distribution of heat. The food placed in the top left corner of the basket always get cooked first.
