You lose the anti-reflective screen coating.
You lose the dual front cameras.
The battery is rated for only 1200 cycles instead of the S10U's 2000 cycles (but real world performance can't be fully tested yet).
You lose haptic feedback. The S11U does not have a vibration sensor.

I purchased the ZTE RedMagic Astra Gaming tablet and m CPU is the SD 8 Elite.

Have always mailed in my trades before the date so have never dealt with this.
But there is a very real issue of them "not getting" your trade-in. I always make one continuous video of packing my working tab/phone/watch so if there are any issues, I can show them something, at least.
